A real, working site with your name, services and phone number, made to look good on phones. You get a private link. Ask for changes, show it to your team, or say no thanks.

Once it is exactly right, I send a PayPal invoice for $297 (card works, no PayPal account needed) and put the site live on your own domain. Then $49 a month keeps it running.

Who you'd be working with
I'm Sergio. I build every site myself, in English and Spanish. LaMaison Web Studio is a one-person studio in Hermosillo, Mexico, making websites for businesses in the United States. There is no sales team: you email me, and I answer.

Is this legit? Who are you?
I'm Sergio Avila. I run LaMaison Web Studio from Hermosillo, Mexico, and build sites for US businesses, in English and Spanish. You see your site before you pay anything, and payment is a regular PayPal invoice, so you're covered by PayPal's buyer protection.
Why is it so affordable?
I build on my own tested templates and tools for local trades, so a lot of the work is ready before I start yours. You get a fast, professional site without agency prices.
What does the $49 a month cover?
Hosting, SSL and security, small edits whenever you need them (new hours, a new service, a price change) and support by email. Cancel anytime.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name. If you ever cancel, I hand over your site files.
Can my site be in Spanish?
Yes. I work in English and Spanish, and can build your site in one or both languages.
How long does it take to go live?
Usually about 5 business days after you send your details, depending on how quickly we get access to your domain.
What if I already have a website?
I can rebuild it so it's faster, works well on phones and brings in more calls, and move it over without losing your domain.
